Cancellation policy

You can cancel a reservation you've made for a GuideLive experience and receive a refund for it up to a few days before the start date. More specifically, depending on the tour settings of each experience, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if you cancel one (1) to three (3) days before the start date of the experience. In the event that you cancel at a time closer to the start date than the one set by the Tour Guide, you are not entitled to any refund.
